2025 Room Rate Info

Book your room by February 14th 11:59pm CST and receive 2 3-day badges! These badges will be held for you at our admission booth in the convention center. Please just show a photo ID to pickup.

Con Room rate for Thursday -Sunday (for rooms remaining in our block)

Double Queen w/ Sofa: $272 per night

Other room types are also available through our booking link at a discounted rate.

What if the rate listed when I check out is different than the above rates?

If you booked already and your rates do not match the above rate, please reach out to the Kalahari directly first. Please keep in mind the following though:

-Once our room block fills up, and we sell out of room types, we’ll attempt to add more in for you to book, however they may be at a slightly higher, but discounted rate.
