Jessica Cavanagh is a professional stage actor and life-long theatre nerd who was lucky enough to have fallen into her first voice role in an anime on a total fluke – and she was even luckier than that anime turned out to be a fan favorite, Black Butler.What followed have been diverse roles such as Aquarius in Fairy Tale, Moeka in Steins; Gate, Carla Jaeger in Attack on Titan, Iva in Karneval, Rui Hachioji in Code:Breaker, Margaret Messner in Jormungand, Issei’s Mother in High School DxD, Tomiko Maeda in Shiki, Boss in A Certain Scientific Railgun, Sister Laura in Dance in the Vampire Bund, Roji in One Piece, and Madam in One Piece: Strong World.
Gamers may have also heard her as the insanely talkative Grandma Torgue in Borderlands 2.

Jeff Plunk was born and raised in Dallas Texas; he is still proud to call it his home. Jeff started his acting career in his early teens and is still pushing the boundaries of his craft over 25 years later. Jeff started off his career primarily as a commercial actor but continues to strive in TV, film, and Voice Over. His enthusiasm, passion, and sense of humor have helped him work consistently throughout the years in countless commercials, industrial videos, voice over, TV, and film. When Jeff’s not on set or in the studio, he’s hanging out with his 5-year-old daughter, wife, and dogs, riding his bike in the woods, or just kicking it on the patio with an ice-cold beer. A true Texan at heart.Fans know him for his roles as Gaja (Black Clover), Adachi (Skate Leading Stars). Sawyer (Racer) (Fairy Tail), Basil (Dragon Ball Super), Inuarashi (Duke Dogstorm) (One Piece), Konro Sagamiya (Fire Force).

Barry Yandell is a well-known regional stage actor and voiceover artist based in North Texas. Most recently, Barry lends his talent to the voices of Alexis Kerib in the current SSSS Gridman series and as Sam in the hit movie My Hero Academia / Two Heroes. Fans may best know his voice contributions from some of the most popular Anime series to date including Yoki in Fullmetal Alchemist, Little Demon in Soul Eater, Mr. 2 Bon Clay in One Piece, Det. Travis Murphy in Double Decker, and Dwarf Shaman in Goblin Slayer along with an array of characters from Dragonball Z, Ghost in the Shell, Fairy Tail, Attack on Titan, Pop Team Epic, Overlord, and Space Dandy to name a few.

We have some VERY important news to share. Due to a booking conflict, the dates for Colossalcon Texas 2022 are being moved to August 19-21. This will also be our new permanent weekend going forward. Finally, a Colossalcon in the summer! We’ll be able to use the outdoor pools!
We sincerely apologize to everyone who has already booked rooms. The Kalahari is moving your reservation to the new dates. You’re not obligated to keep the reservation, but if you choose to keep it, we will be giving you 2 free weekend passes. Additionally, for a limited time, anyone who books a room for our new dates will also receive 2 free weekend passes.
The 2 free pass promotion will run until June 15th!
Anyone who has already purchased admission and wants a refund, can request it through Eventbrite. Thank you for your time and understanding.
